Here are a few exciting features:

Go Green - Go Paperless
E-Statements are an electronic version of the paper statement you currently receive. Go to the Home Page, and click on Electronic Statements for more information.

New Layer of Security
You can now add a layer of security to logging in by registering your computer so no one can log in to your online banking from another computer, even if they know your Login Id and Password.

Stay Inside our Website
Now when you're logged in to online banking, you will still be inside our main site and can navigate to pages such as product information and locations.

Send Secure Questions to our Staff
Using secure messaging you can send your online banking questions to bank staff.  Because this channel is secure, you can include your account number or social security number to ensure your questions get prompt attention.

Reset your Password without having to call the Bank
Have you ever forgotten your password but the bank was closed, and you couldn't log into online banking?  With our new system, you can now click on a check box that reads "Forgot Password" at login time. The system will let you choose either a previously authorized telephone number or email address through which to receive a temporary access code.  This code, used in conjunction with your Login Id, will let you log in to establish a new password without needing the bank's help.

Dynamically Resize Check Images
Check images are great, but sometimes those small, blurry images are hard to read.  This new system contains a great feature that lets you expand and shrink the size of check images simply by moving your cursor over a "Zoom In" or "Zoom Out" link.

Decide how much history you want to see for each account
You can now control the amount of history items (or the number of days worth of history you see) as a default for each account.  This can be nice to help speed up page delivery and simplify the amount of data you see.

Send Alerts and Reminders to Email or Phone
You can schedule balance alerts and reminders (e.g. direct deposits) to come to your phone, in addition to secure message and email.

Internet Security and how it impacts you.
Due to recent regulatory changes, financial institutions that provide internet banking services are required to enhance their security procedures.  This particular procedure is known as Multifactor Authentication.

This "Authentication" guidance requires The Bank to evaluate the risk of Internet Banking as a service and strengthen the login requirements we use to ensure that the appropriate customer is granted access to their, and only their, accounts.
Keep in mind until a browser (computer) is registered, you will go through this process every time you login to your online banking.
Please feel free to contact your local branch with any questions or concerns.  You may also contact us after you have logged into your Internet Banking account.  Simply choose services from the tool bar, select messages, and then create a new message.
Internet Banking

To log in to your accounts for the first time it will be necessary to follow the dual factor authentication process.  To do this, type in your User Id in the online banking login spot and click on the first time user box.  This action will gray out the password field, now you will select the Go button.  A window will pop up to ask you where you want your temporary password sent.  The options available will be the information you provided in your profile on our former internet banking site.  You must now choose which method you want the system to use to send your secure access code, telephone number or email address.  Once you choose your preferred method, a new screen will appear asking for the secure code.  The system will send you the temporary code within minutes.  After you type in the secure code and choose to continue, the system requires you to change your password.  The password requirements are listed on the right side of the page that is asking you to change your password.  At this point, you may either validate your computer now by going through another series of questions and system responses or you may bypass this section by answering a security question.  However, if you choose not to validate your computer at this time, the system will continue to prompt this action every time you login to online banking.
