Lost or stolen Visa Debit or ATM card
If your Visa Debit or ATM card has been lost or stolen you may contact any branch during business hours or call
1-877-849-5533 during non business hours. This will immediately stop anyone from fraudulently using your card.  Once your branch is open, please contact customer service and they will be happy to assist you in ordering a new card.

Visa Debit or ATM card issues
For any issues concerning your Visa Debit or ATM card please contact the bank by calling the main line at
352-622-2377 or the Toll Free line at 877-622-2376.

Lost or stolen checks
Lost or stolen checks should to be reported to the bank as soon as possible. Please call or go to your local branch. The customer service representatives will assist you with the appropriate steps.

Check Ordering
To order checks you may do the following:
Drop off your order form at any branch, call any branch, or send us a message through the secured messaging after you have logged in to online banking.  To do this, log on as if you were going to view your accounts. On the left hand side is a box to send a message. Click on the send a message line and enter what you would like to say. Someone from customer service will answer you within 24 business hours. As this is a secure site based on your log on you can rest assured that your information is safe and secure.
